Hello! My name is Nikita, and I’m a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I’m passionate about working with adults who experience anxiety, depression, and trauma related disorders. Finding a unique combination of medications that work well with your brain chemistry is what I’m good at. I also like to use a holistic approach to care where we look at environmental, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual barriers to achieving a balanced and fulfilled life.

    Originally from Central Asia, I lived in Europe, Canada, and the US (Minnesota for the past 15 years). I am fluent in Russian and enjoy working with immigrant and BIPOC clients. My extensive work experience ranges from inpatient mental health/addiction units at M Health Fairview St. Joseph’s Hospital to outpatient community clinics such as Native American Community Clinic and UnitedHealth Group-Optum, providing in-home wellness visits for complex geriatric patients. I am passionate about using innovative, evidence-based approaches to treatment such as psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.
